This is a cake I made for Regan's end of school year party, it's a bucket of sand cake. The kids liked it, and it looks a lot like a bucket of real sand! It's yellow cupcakes layered with vanilla pudding topped with crushed vanilla wafers inside of a (clean) bucket, complete with serving shovel.
