Jingle and Grinch Punch

In the most obvious of places! Jingle hid in Regan's bed with all her stuffed animals. But who could find him?! It took Regan almost all day to find him there.

And we had a little watching party for The Grinch. I made Grinch Punch and had Regan's friends Piper and Brooklyn over. It was yummy!

Riley and Jingle

I took the opportunity to sleep in for the first day of Christmas break, so Riley took care of Jingle, and so that means Jingle TPed the bathroom!

Jingle Unwrapped

Jingle got caught red handed! He was unwrapping presents! Shame on you, Jingle!

Sleepy Head Jingle

Jingle decided to take a nap in Regan's room, on the very comfortable American Girl Doll bed! It took Regan forever to find him too. He looked so snug as a bug in there.

Hey, Girl!

Jingle left a message for Regan today (Ryan Gosling style) out of M&M's! She loved it. So did Hunter, as he ate the M&M's, and then found the bag they came in, and ate them too.

Elf milk, anyone?

Today Jingle turned our milk green! I didn't want to repeat one from last year, but every day, the first place Regan looks for Jingle is in the refrigerator, and today when she opened it and saw him there, she smiled and said, "I wondered when he would get to that!"

Chess, Jingle?

Regan is still feeling a little feeling a little off from being sick over the weekend. She came home Tuesday after school and fell asleep on the couch, skipped dinner and then just went to bed when I tried to wake her up. She tried to do the same thing today, but I let her sleep for a bit, then woke her up, or rather, Princess did! All the while, Jingle was just trying to get someone to play chess with him! This is the chess set we got in Mexico, I think it's awesome!!

Okay, I know it's a little creepy, but Regan enjoyed waking up to see his smiling face staring down at her!

Sick Jingle :(

I guess we gave Jingle our sick germs. Poor little Jingle. At least he's still smiling!

Warm Jingle

Since Regan came home early, and not feeling well, Jingle hadn't had a chance to do anything that day! Oopsie. So, on Sunday, after an exhaustive search around the house, we finally found Jingle warming up in the dryer with Regan's clothes.

Hide, Jingle!!

Jingle tried to hide, but he's just not that good at it I guess. It still took Regan a bit to find him. Where will he show up next? (No, really, I'm running out of ideas already!)

He Came in Like A Wrecking Ball!

If you've never seen the Miley Cyrus video "Wrecking Ball" well, consider yourself lucky! I've never seen the whole thing, but I've seen clips of it, from people making fun of it. Well, what a way for Jingle to make his entrance this year!  And the bottom picture, it's just hilarious, and David's already told me absolutely not!

Jingle's Watching Over Regan

Took Regan a while to find Jingle today, he was watching over her in her nest of stuffed animals! Today was Jingle's last day here. Now he goes back to the North Pole and we will see him again next December! Bye Jingle, it's been fun!

Jingle Took a Tumble!

Right down the stairs. Good thing he was insulated inside the roll of toilet paper!

Cirque du Jingle

Jingle decided to join the circus! He has some new tricks up his little elf sleeves.

Jingle got Impatient

Jingle decided he couldn't wait to open a present! So he tore into one of Regan's. Shame on you little elf!

Jingle didn't get into any mischief yesterday, must have been super tired from all his nightly activities, or, like Regan said, there must have been a blizzard at the North Pole and he couldn't get there. So, Jingle had a rest day. But today he's back to his shenanigans.

Jingle is just Hangin' Around

I think Jingle is getting tired. He wasn't into too much mischief last night, he just hung out in Regan's stocking. Maybe it's hard work getting to the north pole and back in time for breakfast and he just needed a day to curl up in a nice warm stocking and chillax.

Jingle's Snow Angel

Jingle decided he was tired of Texas weather (80 degrees today) and he made his own snow angel! Hope he plans on cleaning up his own mess.

Jingle Does Yoga (with some help from his new friends)

Every year we have a White Elephant party at a friend's house. It has become quite fun and very competitive! It's always a blast to see what kind of goodies people think up to bring, and what will be the gift everyone fights to get, and even better, the one that people fight to get rid of!

This year wasn't TOO bad, but the kids were with us, and they wanted to help us pick our gifts. So Regan picked for David and they got a box with a cute little toy bathtub full of Halloween candy! Candy corn even and those are her favorites!

But, she wasn't really prepared for the true spirit of a White Elephant party when another little girl stole her box of candy. The look on her face was priceless! But she got to pick again, and even though we warned her to stay away from the "biggest box" trap, she did it again, and ended up with these adorably funky gold Yoga Frogs. I have no words to describe these things. They are hilarious. What's even more funny will be the look on someones face when they open them at next years White Elephant party. Yes, I think that the Yoga Frogs will be the gift that keeps on giving...

Then it was time for me to pick, and Riley used my pick to steal a tool set that he had his eye on. Papa gave him a tool box for them too, so now he's set with his own little tool kit! He was very excited. It was a fun party, and even more fun was this morning when we found out Jingle must have needed some loosening up too...

Hide N Seek with Jingle

Today was one of those, Elf stayed out at a Christmas Party too late and was too tired to do anything fun kind of days. But, we found him playing Hide and Seek in the Christmas tree. Regan wasn't too impressed. Gotta come up with something better than that, Jingle!
